Lena’s Floral Designs is a boutique floral design studio based in the west end of Toronto.

Owner & Creative Director, Lena Pham develops unique and unforgettable floral arrangements inspired by the colours and textures of the flowers she works with.

SERVICE DISCLAIMER

As a small floral business, we face many challenges. These include differing weather conditions, seasonal changes, and variation in flower growth. As such, we have a policy in place to guarantee consistent service among all our orders.

  • We reserve the right to replace out-of-stock flowers with similar-looking flowers of equal or better value. (During major holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Christmas.)

  • We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any order for any reason. This includes rural delivery or fulfillment issues that can arise during busy seasons. Any refused orders will be immediately refunded in full, and you will be notified. 

  • We make best-effort attempts to fulfill all requests. Notes made on the order/delivery section will be considered, but not guaranteed, unless it is confirmed via customer support.

  • All images on the site are for demonstrative purposes, and we try our best to give an accurate image of what will be delivered, but depending on location and availability, with different seasons, it may be impossible for the flowers or any other perishable and non-perishable items to look exactly the same. We cannot refund flowers and any other gift items for subtle differences in appearance. With respect to Mother Nature and creativity, not one bouquet will be identical to the next. 

  • Due to our high volume, our flowers are fresh and with proper care typically last up to 2 weeks (depending on the flowers, as it varies by type). In case of a flower perishing early, you must put in a complaint within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Plants may arrive in bud form. Allow time for the buds to bloom. No credits will be given for a plant not arriving in full bloom.

  • Cancellations must be placed at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

DELIVERY SERVICE DISCLAIMER

  • The order must be placed before Noon (11 am EST) within the recipient's time zone.

  • Business orders are prioritized first (guaranteed 1 pm - 6 pm), which, in most cases, means residential orders will be delivered in the evening.

  • If you need a guaranteed time for delivery, then YOU MUST CALL IN. We need to be able to route the deliveries ourselves. A guaranteed time will have added charges associated with the purchase, which depend on the delivery location as well time requested for the delivery. Ignoring this clause does not entitle you to any form of credit or refund, regardless of circumstances.

  • If an order needs to be redelivered due to sender error (in shipping address or otherwise), then the same fee of $15 or $25 corresponding with the area to which the order is to be delivered will need to be paid again.

  • If, due to extenuating circumstances, we are unable to complete a delivery on the day of, we reserve the right to attempt re-delivery on the next available day. As a recourse, the customer may claim up to a 25% refund on the order for the inconvenience. 

  • We try our best to work with all customers to resolve any delivery disputes that may happen, whether it's a partial refund or free upgrades/credits in the future

  • By accepting our terms, you are authorizing us to either leave the flowers with a) a neighbour or b) outside (pending weather) if no one is home to receive them.

  • Delivery is charged per item because each parcel requires individual handling and additional space in the courier’s vehicle. This ensures safe transport and helps cover the increased logistical costs of multi-parcel orders.

IN-STORE POLICIES

  • Custom bouquets are not made on-site to ensure we can serve all customers efficiently.

  • We offer premade dried arrangements, but unfortunately cannot accommodate custom dried requests due to their fragile nature.

  • If you'd like a small bouquet using the flowers available in the shop, please allow our staff some time to arrange it for you.

  • You're welcome to grab a bite or browse our selection while we prepare your flowers—this gives our florists the space they need to work.

  • Kindly confirm verbally that you're happy with your flower selection, as no changes can be made once the arrangement is complete.

  • All items are FINAL SALE, and therefore, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

  • For bookkeeping purposes, purchases over $50 made with credit will require a signature on a receipt copy.
